The Greenplace Portal
The Greenplace Portal is a user-friendly and secure platform for managing ITAD and recycling services, tracking IT assets, and generating reports. The Greenplace Portal offers a comprehensive view of equipment from the time an order is placed until its final disposition. Work orders are managed centrally, and reports on asset reuse and recycling are readily accessible.
A roles-based access control system permits authorized users to log in securely from any location.
DATA INTEGRATION FOR CLIENT ASSETS
GP is able to integrate with client systems via EDI or API to share information about asset disposition.
MULTI-SITE SUPPORT
GP acknowledges the significance of managing information across multiple office locations and providing a comprehensive view of assets. It is possible to generate reports based on shipping location. During onboarding, we can populate the portal with information about each of your locations and points of contact in order to expedite the setup process.

Report by Item – Reporting Asset
Clients desire item-by-item reporting for data-bearing assets and resold or redeployed assets. We provide a variety of standard reports that document the chain of custody and validate the receipt, count, and condition of assets. Reports include make, model, serial number, asset tag, date received, weight, and reuse or recycling information. GP supports several currencies and additional data collecting to provide clients with specific needs.
DASHBOARD VIEW
In addition to our regular reports, the GreenPlace Portal allows for bespoke lookups and reports. You can perform a search by category, client reference number, model, order number, or received data. View specific asset information, such as categorization, description, and diagnostic results.

Electronic Recycling – Weight Reports
Pre-processing includes weighing shipments as they arrive and recording commodity recovery after recycling if the unit of measure for client reports is weight. There may be a need to categorize recyclable equipment into different categories, such as weight, material type, and number of pieces.
CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION
All e-waste and other proprietary equipment has been destroyed and disposed of in an environmentally friendly way, as evidenced by the Certificate of Destruction.
CERTIFICATE OF RESPONSIBLE RECYCLING
Having a Certificate of Recycling proves that all of the company's assets were properly recycled.
Additional Reporting

Data Destruction
We provide Certificates of Data Destruction to verify that the data has been deleted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Project numbers, client names, asset numbers, hard drive serial numbers, and asset types are all prevalent.

Financial Reporting
Financial reporting gives asset-by-asset data of financial settlements. As a result, this report includes information such as when and where it arrived, the type of equipment it is and its model and serial number. This report is used by the client to close down all of their internal financial and asset records. Fields defined by the client can be used to collect additional information as needed.

Certificate of Sustainability
The Certificate of Sustainability illustrates the positive environmental offsets (carbon emission reduction) gained by reusing and recycling old IT assets and electrical equipment. Reductions in carbon emissions can be calculated using either the number of IT assets disposed of or the weight (in pounds or kilograms) of recycled e-waste.
